I wonder how those type of meetings go for artists though. It must be really intimidating to take your CD to these people and they all listen and pick it to pieces. Analysing what has $$$$'s written all over it. What songs to go back to the studio with. Its pretty harsh really because these people are like the despised boss of an artist and they have to jump to their tune really.
